Head and Neck Cancer Program
The Yale Therapeutic Radiology Head and Neck Cancer Program offers a variety of cutting edge treatment modalities and programs to patients. Standard external beam radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), brachytherapy, and combined modality therapy treatment programs are available. Patients are managed in a multidisciplinary fashion in conjunction with members of the otolaryngology staff of the department of surgery and with physicians from medical oncology. State of the art treatment planning and treatment delivery technologies are incorporated and customized for each patient. Investigational clinical trials are available for patients who qualify.
